The video link connected to the mosaic is a reflection on teaching I created some years ago.  While it features the voice-over narrations of a variety of ages of learners, including children, it should not be dismissed as irrelevant to the adult learner.

While the curriculum and teaching methods may look a little different between the adult learner and younger learners, as adult learners need respect for their experience and the freedome of choice, all learners need safety, engagement, and relationship.
